totally normal dont stress. its called KYC, basically every legit book makes you verify before they let money out. they dont bother when you deposit cause taking your money is easy lol, but paying out they have to confirm youre actually you and not laundering or whatever. i had the same panic my first withdrawal on Boomerang Bet, uploaded my license and a bank statement, took like a day and the money came through fine. just make sure the name on your account matches your ID exactly or theyll bounce it back

yep can confirm. did the exact same thing, won about 800 and got hit with the verification request out of nowhere. uploaded everything before lunch and had my withdrawal approved by the next morning. once youre verified once you usually dont have to do it again for future cashouts which is nice

wait does the utility bill have to be recent? i tried using one from like 4 months ago and not sure if thatll work

most places want something within the last 90 days. 4 months might get rejected. just use a recent bank statement or phone bill, anything with your name and address on it dated in the last couple months should be fine

fwiw this is a legal requirement for licensed operators, not just them being annoying. anti money laundering rules. its actually a good sign if they ask, the sketchy unlicensed ones sometimes dont bother which means theyre not regulated

yeah and just a heads up, sometimes they ask for verification specifically when you hit a withdrawal threshold. small cashouts might go through without it but once you cross a certain amount it triggers the review. varies by book

idk this still feels sketch to me. uploading my license AND a utility bill to some gambling site? thats a lot of personal info to hand over to a company that could get hacked. how do you even know its safe

nah i get the concern but its the same process as opening a bank account or signing up for a credit card basically. as long as youre on a licensed and regulated book they have to follow strict data protection rules. the unregulated offshore ones are the ones youd actually want to worry about. check that they have a proper gaming license and youre good

for what its worth the OP situation is super common with first time withdrawals. they let anyone deposit instantly but the verification is the gatekeeper for getting money out. nothing to do with you specifically, everyone goes through it eventually

same boat as you a while back, panicked exactly like this. did the upload, waited about a day, money showed up no issues. honestly after the first verification its smooth sailing every time after. dont let it scare you off cashing out
