Properties under $2.7 million CAD are moving, but higher-priced estates are struggling. The buyer secured a significant discount, reflecting current market conditions.

Kompany's present reality

While real estate negotiations unfolded, Kompany was orchestrating one of Bayern Munich's strongest Champions League campaigns in recent memory. A thrilling 4-3 victory over Real Madrid advanced them to the semi-finals, where PSG now awaits. He's also secured at the Allianz Arena with a contract running through 2029.
